The laundry that our team picks up is processed by our operators! We have a training program, called “Laundry University,” where we teach all of the important steps in providing our clients with the best laundry services. Our team is highly trained and professional, so trust that your laundry is in good hands!
Allowing local operators or the laundromat to process the laundry is based on availability and location.

All of the details of your unique laundry services are available on the Aloha Laundry Life App! Simply log in to the app and our operators will keep in constant communication as we process your laundry.
If you aren’t home when it’s time for your scheduled laundry services, that’s fine! Just let us know where our operators should pick up or drop off your laundry. We’ll be sure to text you a picture of where we drop off your laundry if you aren’t home, and will communicate with you during the entire process via text.
