We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with the cleaning results, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances of your request.
If you are dissatisfied with the cleaning of your clothes, please email our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to understand the issue and determine an appropriate solution.
- Color Loss, Bleeding, and Shrinkage: Please be aware that certain fabrics may experience color loss, bleeding, or shrinkage during the cleaning process. While we take utmost care, we do not assume responsibility for these inherent characteristics of some clothing items.
- Damages: We exercise great care in handling your clothes. However, if any damages occur during our process, our liability is limited to a maximum of One Hundred US Dollars($100) per order.
- Re-cleaning Policy: If you are not satisfied with the initial cleaning, you have 24 hours to notify us at email@example.com to request re-cleaning or laundering at no additional charge.
- Loss Policy: In the rare event of a lost item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours. Our liability for lost items is limited to a maximum of One Hundred US Dollars($100) per order.
